Shipping policy
General
Orders ship out from our Albany, NY warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 22:00 ET are sent out the next business day, but this can be delayed during high volume shipping times (especially around the holidays).
We aim to reply to all email inquiries within 2 business days (but often much sooner).
US Shipping
Standard shipping orders typically arrive within 2-6 business days and are sent via USPS, UPS, Amazon, or FedEx depending on the distance and rates. US orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Express shipping via is also available. These orders arrive within 2-3 business days starting from the business day after your order is placed. For example:
- An order placed on Monday will be shipped Tuesday and arrive on Thursday or Friday.
- An order placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday and arrive on Wednesday or Thursday of the following week.
International Shipping
All international packages are shipped via UPS or DHL and typically arrive within 10-15 business days, depending on the shipping option you select. Our packages are shipped DDP (duty delivered paid), meaning that you won't pay any additional taxes or duties when the package arrives. These costs are shown on the checkout page.
If your order is late or missing, please allow up to 45 days from the day the order was shipped. The tracking information on international orders is often delayed or misleading.
