General Policy

We aim to ship out all orders within 2 business days. Orders received before 22:00 ET are usually sent out the next business day from our warehouse in Albany, NY, United States.

US Shipping

US orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, Amazon, or FedEx depending on the distance and rates. These orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days but it's not always the case.

US orders of $99 or more qualify for free shipping.

International Shipping

All international packages are shipped via UPS or DHL and typically arrive within 3-10 business days, depending on the shipping option you select. Because no one likes surprises, our packages are shipped DDP (duty delivered paid), meaning that you won't pay any additional taxes or duties when the package arrives. These costs are shown on the checkout page.
