Refund policy

To summarize everything below: we really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied in any way, give us a chance to make it right! Email us at hello@prixel.com with any questions or problems you have.

 

Returns & Refunds
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. December holiday returns are extended to January 30th of the following year.

To start a return, contact us at hello@prixel.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. We'll just need the original order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll issue a refund back to the original payment source (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc) within 10 days (usually a lot sooner). 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or the wrong item. We're a small business and occasionally make mistakes, but we always do our best to make things right!

If the package was damaged or missing from carrier mishandling, please contact the carrier for compensation.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like consumables (such as paper, ink pads, or ink refills) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
